Pair-partition CPM-CSS quantum LDPC codes from the Okada–Kasai paper.
“PP codes” on this page refers only to the construction in the Okada–Kasai paper, arXiv:2607.14091. Kasai codes (the APM construction), affine-coset codes, and finite-field two-branch codes are distinct families.
Overview
PP codes satisfy CSS orthogonality by organizing block intersections into pairs. Their circulant permutation matrix (CPM) representation supports compact descriptions, reproducible construction, and efficient verification.
